Mungkin kita terbiasa mendengar istilah ‘akhiran’ dalam tata bahasa Indonesia. Di tata bahasa atau grammar bahasa inggris, terdapat pula akhiran yang mereka sebut dengan ‘suffix’.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, kita akan membahas tentang adjective+ness. Atau kata adjective yang ditambahkan suffix –ness dibelakangnya, sehingga fungsi katanya berubah, bukan lagi sebagi adjective, melainkan sebagai noun atau kata benda.
